Joe Kozimor is and has been president of Consolidated Constructors, Inc. for 25 years (Infrastructure), President of King Sun Solar, Inc. since its inception in 2006 (Alternative Energy), President of Kokopelli, Inc. for 10 years (Subdivision).

I have been involved in infrastructure construction in San Juan County for about 40 years. We have been developing land for subdivisions, building new streets and utility systems for cities, counties, and the State during that time.  We have developed subdivisions for other owners and for ourselves. About four years ago, we started building houses that were solar heated and solar powered. All the houses that we build incorporate some kind of solar thermal, solar electric, or wind alternative energy to help supplement their energy needs.  I have enjoyed living in Aztec the past four years and I am interested in making Aztec the best place in New Mexico to live and operate a business.
