Dugan Production Corporation was incorporated in 1961. Originally established as a consulting firm in 1959 by Tom Dugan, the company quickly expanded from contract pumping and consulting into drilling, exploration, and production. The company currently owns and operates 950 wells in the Four Corners area. The company employs 125 people . Dugan Production Corp. supports the community through participation and contributions including the United Way, San Juan Regional Medical Center Cancer Treatment Center, San Juan College Foundation , and the Regional Training Center. Dugan’s employees work closely with San Juan College, are advisory members for the RETC, and sponsors on-the-job training for this program.
